1. Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within fourteen (14) days
from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions
outlined below.
- Item must be unused.
- Item must be in original condition.
- Original packaging must be included.
- Proof of purchase is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products may not be eligible for return due to
hygiene, customization, or product-specific requirements.
- Customized eyewear.
- Prescription lenses manufactured to customer specifications.
- Products damaged due to misuse.
- Items returned after the return window has expired.
3. Prescription Eyewear Policy
Prescription glasses and customized lenses are manufactured
according to the prescription information provided by the customer.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that prescription
information submitted during checkout is accurate.
Returns or refunds may not be available for prescription
products unless:
- A manufacturing defect is identified.
- An incorrect prescription was produced by us.
- An order fulfillment error occurred.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete,
please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Customers may be asked to provide:
- Order number.
- Photographs of the product.
- Description of the issue.
Upon verification, we may provide a replacement,
exchange, repair, or refund.

If you receive an incorrect product due to our error,
we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

8. Exchange Policy
Exchanges may be offered when products are defective,
damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
Exchange approval remains subject to product inspection
and stock availability.
9. Shipping Charges
Original shipping fees may not be refundable unless the
return is a result of our error or a verified defective product.
Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the
customer unless otherwise agreed by Clear Line Opticals.
10. Exceptions
We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds that do
not comply with this policy.
Requests involving signs of misuse, alteration,
accidental damage, or excessive wear may be declined.
